For floral products we require at least 24-72 hours notice, depending on the product requested; - Packaging: in case of home delivery, your order will be packaged and shipped in a rigid box. It will arrive at its destination in perfect condition :)
Can I request a refund? If the product is damaged or you notice something incorrect in your order, contact us at vanessa@youni.life, we will then send a new product back to you, at our cost.
Can I exercise the right of withdrawal? In accordance with art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded if you have purchased tailor-made or customized products.
