Wreath composition:

  • if you have any particular preferences (wider fit or thicker look), we will adapt to your taste 🙂
  • the laurel leaves are fresh and carefully selected;
  • the ribbon used for the bow is made of satin and is customizable in 15 colors;
  • the baby’s breath, commonly known as gypsophila, is delivered to us daily by a Ligurian supplier. Out of season, we will use similar small white flowers.

The crown will be the perfect size:

1. Measure your head with a tape measure: pass it 2cm above your ears and halfway down your forehead;
2. Select the size commensurate with your head circumference;
3. This way you will not run the risk of purchasing a non-wearable product;

We meet the deadlines agreed

Delivery will be on time and you will receive your order in perfect condition.

- Delivery place: you can receive the product at home or in a pick-up point near to your Unige dpt;
- Delivery time: we will deliver your order on the day you selected. For floral products we require at least 24-72 hours notice, depending on the product requested;
- Packaging: in case of home delivery, your order will be packaged and shipped in a rigid box. It will arrive at its destination in perfect condition :)

Can I request a refund? If the product is damaged or you notice something incorrect in your order, contact us at vanessa@youni.life, we will then send a new product back to you, at our cost.

Can I exercise the right of withdrawal? In accordance with art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded if you have purchased tailor-made or customized products.
